Base UI supports Tailwind CSS

Base UI is an open-source React component library for building accessible user interfaces. The components are unstyled and ship without any CSS, so the styling layer stays under your control, whether you use Tailwind, CSS Modules, plain CSS, CSS-in-JS, or whatever else you reach for. Component APIs are fully open, with direct access to each node, so you can add or remove parts and wrap them however the design needs.

Accessibility is the primary focus. Components follow WAI-ARIA design patterns and are tested across a wide range of screen readers, browsers, devices, and platforms. Base UI comes from the team behind Radix, Floating UI, and Material UI, with multiple decades of collective experience building component libraries, and the details show it.
