Railway supports Tailwind CSS

Railway is an all-in-one cloud platform for deploying and running applications. Point it at a Git repository and Railway will build an OCI image and run it with the right start command. Bring a Dockerfile if you already have one, or pull an image directly from Docker Hub, GitHub Container Registry, or another registry. The same project covers local development, deployment, and the instrumentation needed to diagnose what's running.

Railway is designed to just work, then get out of the way when you want control. Sane defaults handle the first deploy with no configuration; knobs and switches appear when you outgrow the abstraction or need to layer Railway into existing infrastructure. Take what you need, leave what you don't.
